| Participants may choose one of the following accommodation options: |

・Reservation via the workshop registration system (Recommend) Accommodation booking will be available after logging into the registration system, as described in the Second Circular. |

・Independent arrangements Participants arranging accommodation on their own are advised to book a hotel near Ishioka Station. Please note that the LOC will provide shuttle services to the workshop venue (for both the Science Session and the Instrument Session) only from Hotel Route Inn Ishioka, which is located near the station. |
